I was a regular customer of maximums tanning and in oct my son got real sick and has been hospitalized since I am very sorry that I havent contacted sooner my son is disabled with lots of complications so hospital is where I have been Im claiming hardship I have no money and I dont Have a job no more I dont have any income please consider my families hardship Ty so much

They have been trying to take money out of my account that card had been stolen so my bank card was no longer usable and my son is disabled and in the hospital since October so I dont have the money to pay it back and I dont have the money to get a ride to get to the max tanning place to cancel my subscription either I was wondering if I could claim hardship and you could help me somehow

It's impossible to get a hold of anyone in corporate when you have an issue. You can only get a hold of a "salon manager " who usually know very little if anything about policy and the High turnover in the salon makes it difficult. They insist you email the higher ups but good luck with that. It seems the staff is more interested in playing with their cell phones than helping their customers.
